In connection with the coronavirus epidemic, we are doing everything we can to ensure the supply of our customers. In particular, this means that we have identified and implemented preventive measures in all locations to keep the risk of infection as low as possible.
Special hygiene guidelines apply to our warehouse locations. This applies to our employees as well as external contacts, such as truck drivers, who load and deliver materials on our behalf. Due to extended protection measures, we limit the direct contact of warehouse employees with external service providers. These include, for example, special provisions for maintaining a safe distance between persons and the use of personal protective equipment. We have also introduced special hygiene measures for our administration.
In addition, we monitor our supply chain very closely and assess the situation every day. Thanks to the wide logistics network of thyssenkrupp Materials Poland, it is possible to flexibly respond to the needs of our clients - even in the case of restrictions related to health protection measures and protection against infections. However, our company is part of the global supply chain and is therefore dependent on the international flow of goods.
The situation related to the spread of coronavirus is changing very dynamically and to varying degrees depending on the country. Therefore, we are aware of the fact that a pandemic may have a negative impact on the delivery times of our deliveries and services. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and we ensure that we make every effort to limit this type of event.
